ArcSoft ShowBiz DVD makes it possible for you to design and create your
own DVD home movies. Video tapes are big and cumbersome, not to mention
they wear and lose quality after time. Now you can customize your own DVDs
and watch your memories forever without having to worry about fading
tapes and fuzzy video. And fear not-you don't need to be a computer whiz
to do it!

How does it work?
It's easy! Basically, each video clip that you add to your project becomes it's own chapter on the DVD. After you've added all your video clips and selected your menu layouts and backgrounds, all that's left to do is burn your movie to disc and you're all set. Advanced options are available, but they're entirely optional. (Keep reading to see what other cool things you can do.)

Trust us, it's easy
We know it can be a little scary making the jump from VHS to DVD—especially if you have to make the DVD yourself! Relax. We've made ShowBiz DVD with people just like you in mind. All you need to do is follow the steps along the top of the screen and you'll be enjoying your DVD in no time.

Just how you like it
You get to choose exactly how your DVD looks, from the menu backgrounds to the text size, style, and color. You can arrange chapter thumbnails in a variety of ways and even change the thumbnail borders to match the background. In the end, your DVD is going to look exactly the way you want it.

Slide shows? Are they still “in”?
Hey, we know traditional slide shows are somewhat old-fashioned, but wait until you make one with ShowBiz DVD! In addition to adding a soundtrack over the entire show, you can also include exciting scene transitions between each slide. When it's ready, you can pop the slide show into your movie project as its own chapter! Is that cool, or what?

Submenus—chapters within chapters
If you have a really long video, you can break it up into separate chapters to create a submenu. Submenus have all the customization options as your main menu, so you can edit titles and text properties, arrange thumbnails, and set the background to whatever image you want.

Powerful video editing and creation tools
Included with ShowBiz DVD is the ShowBiz Editor, an entirely separate program that lets you create new video clips that you can then use in your DVD projects. Combine still images, existing video clips, sounds, effects, text, and audio to make your video. You can even adjust the brightness of all of your pictures and videos. The ShowBiz Editor is a program all its own, and it comes bundled right into ShowBiz DVD.

“Quick DVD”
After configuring one simple screen, the program will automatically capture video from your connected digital video device and burn the content directly to a DVD. You don't do a thing, aside from enjoy your movie!
